City Limits has similarities to Islanders, only on a much smaller scale. It’s a game to chill out with. It is not particularly long or complex, so playing it in short bursts with a cup of coffee makes it an ideal time killer.

A little bit of unique flavor is always appreciated in the puzzle/strategy space, but the lack of clearly-defined rules holds City Limits back This is one of those unusual titles where I may be able to appreciate their style and concept meaning to be a bit different and laid back but I can’t ignore that the result feels like it comes up short.
