War Hospital takes some challenging, innovative management sim mechanics and throws them in a tense setting, where your every choice could mean life or death. Try to make the most of a bad situation in this game about running a hospital during one of the worst conflicts in history. Try Hard Guides was provided with a PC review copy of this game.

An interesting take on the hospital sim. Difficult decisions and resource management are the order of the day. 3.6 Brutal Unlike World War II, the First World War is a period in time that isn’t often visited by games, even less so in the strategy and management genres.

As much as this engages as a sobering alternative to the likes of Two Point Hospital, a large chunk of it just sees you cycling through familiar motions. The rich atmosphere and worthy setting are compromised by a narrow vision.
