Rory McIlroy PGA Tour
Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is an upcoming golf video game under development by EA Tiburon. First announced at E3 2014 under the working title EA Sports PGA Tour, it is expected to be released in June 2015. The game will mark the franchise's shift to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, adopting the Frostbite 3 engine for more "lifelike" environments, and is also the first entry in EA Sports' PGA Tour series to not feature Tiger Woods as its namesake, replacing him with current World Number One Rory McIlroy.

Despite the limited number of courses to play on and the limited number of golfers to choose from, Rory McIlroy PGA Tour is still worth buying. Each course is visually breathtaking, and the various gameplay styles and game modes allow for completely different game experiences each time you play. If you’re a golf fan, or if you just want to look at gorgeous scenery, then you might want to check out Rory McIlroy PGA Tour. Review copy provided by publisher.

By and large, EA Tiburon have managed to release a golf experience that is a blast to play and features some brilliant looking courses. Granted, the limited PGA roster, only 13-courses out of the box, and some technical hiccups dampen the experience. That said, I remain optimistic a patch and some free DLC can rectify any of those concerns.

No longer a Tiger Woods game in name, but you do wish they had retained more of the older ideas. But while there's not much content here, it still plays a superb game of golf.
