There's nothing sadder than watching something that used to be great take that long, painful slide into irrelevance and oblivion. It's popularly called "Jumping the Shark" (based on an old Happy Days stunt in which Fonzie jumps a shark tank on water skis), and some of the once-awesome things that have done so recently include the "new" Guns'N'Roses with Buckethead, and The X-Files continuing without David Duchovny.

The core game is still excellent, but offering a handful of new campaigns and maps without even attempting stir up the gameplay feels like a gyp. It's a by-the-book expansion as far as the "Heroes" games go.
