Puzzle Pirates takes several well-established internet games, mixes in some excellent new ideas, and ties them all together with a friendly, simple theme that's interesting, fun, and certainly inoffensive. It won't grab the focus away from Half-Life 2 or reduce the sheer fervor over World of Warcraft, but it isn't even trying to.

The puzzle variety is large enough to keep you from getting bored, and with room for your character to expand you’ll be surprised at how much you actually play.

The graphics were an absolute delight, blatantly cartoon-y and so bright and colorful that my first sight of the game always made me smile. The pirates look like rounder versions of Lego people and the variety of costumes and colors in the game is impressive.

It may not be the worlds greatest game but it still brings a lot of funny perspectives into the world of massive multiplayer online games. The game offers a great way of relaxing, making it the more ideal game for a quit sunday (or evening for that matter) where you simply want to relax in front of the computer.
