Mx Vs ATV All Out Anniversary Edition pairs an accessible, almost arcade-like (in a good way) driving/riding physics model with enough realism to make it a compelling and enjoyable way to race on the new tracks included in the anniversary edition. The majority of the new tracks are long rides through open scenery, but there are also a few shorter, indoor tracks as well for those that prefer tighter racing. Owners of All Out that purchased it before the inclusion of the three DLC packs found in the anniversary edition would also be well advised to take a look at picking up one or two of them as they add miles of exciting and scenic trails to race on. MX vs ATV All Out certainly isn't for everyone but it does offer a lot of fun for those who enjoy practicing their off-road racing skills. Plus, the amount of content in this massive Anniversary Edition makes it a rather appealing and comprehensive package.

This game is enjoyable, requires some serious practice to develop your riding skills, and truly does a great job at simulating some of the riding techniques and complexities involved with the jumps, tricks and racing. 3.5 Flawed enjoyment This title is the latest instalment from a well-established franchise and is my first introduction to the series.

Despite some issues with visuals and AI, MX vs ATV All Out Anniversary Edition is somehow still a lot of fun to play and brings back memories of Motocross Madness.

In 2019 then, MX vs ATV All Out Anniversary Edition is a largely passable experience. At its budget price you can no doubt have some fun with it, but there are better racing games out there that are more worthy of your time.

For someone that wants to experience the chaos of MX bikes racing alongside ATV’s, and even UTV’s, MX vs ATV All Out Anniversary Edition will scratch that itch. It’s a shame that not all of the DLC is included in this version, but the ones that are will add a decent chunk of gameplay to keep you busy for a few extra hours. While nowhere near a perfect experience, it can be fun in short doses and allows an accessibility for newcomers to the series and genre to enjoy while having a decent amount of depth and replayability for veterans.
