While there are a few missing tracks, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith provides a good setlist that fans of the band will enjoy. However, the PC version runs into the same type of problems as its predecessor did, and ultimately is tough to recommend to anyone without the highest end PC.

If your PC is good enough to run this and you're a big Aerosmith fan, then you could probably add as many extra points to my score as you feel that it requires. My justification is based on the limited scope and substandard porting, but at its core, it's a game that's just as much fun as the first time you picked up a tacky, oversized instrument.

I guess what I was hoping for was a true band history, a sort of playable "Behind the Music" -- not just a collection of songs and significant venues. As it is, it's fine for existing fans of the band...but it's not likely to create any new ones.
