Overall I loved Disco Dodgeball Remix. This wacky FPS dodge ball game keeps the fun coming with various game modes, high intensity music, and extremely entertaining gameplay. Although the art style looks a bit childish, it works for this game.

Although I initially found the movement and aiming to be a little frustrating, the game was a heck of a lot of fun once I got used to it. There are so many different modes and arenas that we didn't find it repetitive at all and there truly is a mode that should appeal to every style of gamer.

An odd combination of automatons and a reflexive sport turns out to make for a pretty fun and addictive experience, overall. Disco Dodgeball Remix on Nintendo Switch doesn't quite have the player count necessary for a truly chaotic time online, but more than makes up for it with competent AI foes, a boundless list of modes and parameters to choose from, and sufficient offline options to enjoy.

The game is great for what it offers from the start, though It would be interesting to see other modes and customization options added later on. Disco Dodgeball Remix is an easy game to just pick up and play and worth every penny. Just be sure to watch out for White Goodman. Disco Dodgeball Remix is the definitive dodgeball experience. What it lacks in polish and presentation it totally makes up for in sheer fun. The hypnotic electro soundtrack is also something to cherish, and its multiplayer suite is bursting to the brim with potential. This is an underrated gem that needs to be discovered and dusted to see how radiant it really is.

Fun would be a good word to describe Disco Dodgeball with. It’s not a GoTY contender, but it isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever touched either. It simply is what it is and does that thing well. It looks serviceably good while selling its theme perfectly, it sounds like a night on the town in your twenties and plays as well as a dodge ball game ever could. Disco Dodgeball is a great game for kids and grown-ups alike, and offers up enough content to keep the player busy for a long while. My personal take is that I wouldn’t play this game for an extended period of time, but I would absolutely pick it up for rounds between other games, or while I’ve got a few buddies over to hang out.

Disco Dodgeball Remix is a fun, fast-paced and very addictive game which I had a lot of fun experiencing for this review. The game has a lot to offer when playing online and offline, and the experience can be tailored for players of all skill levels. The trophy list is certainly challenging and will probably make this one a rare Platinum trophy, but if you persevere and have a proper amount of patience, you will surely prevail. I hope you enjoy this one as well!
