While on the shorter side, episode two comes in swinging and takes no prisoners. It has its ups and downs emotionally and will keep you on your toes throughout.

I'm truly impressed with Telltale's take on Batman creating a tense and exciting story while holding nothing back. This is the type of story I enjoy from Telltale and it's great to see them carve their own unique take on Batman.

Telltale’s Batman looked to be a disaster in the making that didn’t quite grasp the Batman source material, but is now shaping up to be a unique take on this beloved character that everyone should play. "Wow” moments are plenty in this episode, and they hit you when you least expect them. Best of all, this story makes you think about Batman’s storied history as much as it wipes the canvas clean to tell a new tale with faces you’ve never seen before.

The second episode of Batman: The TellTale series raises the stakes in a major way, with both weighty decisions, and a plot that continues to astound. Batman: The TellTale Series- Episode 2 Children of Arkham Developer: TellTale Games Price: $24.99 for a Season Pass Platforms: PS3, PS4 (reviewed), Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, Mac, Android, iOS I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode of Batman: The TellTale Series, to the point of calling it the beginnings of “what could be the greatest Bruce Wayne story ever told”.

Well paced throughout, and offering at least one scene changing choice, I can only hope that the future episodes can remain at the high bar Children of Arkham has set. Not content to simply tell another Batman story, Telltale is putting its mark on the Caped Crusader in all the best ways. Reviewer and Editor for Darkstation by day, probably not the best superhero by night.
